1. Who We Are

Cascade Leads Group ("Cascade Leads Group," "we," "us," or "our") provides lead generation and growth systems for local service businesses. Our principal address is 25420 104th Ave SE #1024, Kent, WA 98030.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Services & Engagements

Information on this website is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of results. Any specific deliverables, fees, timelines, and obligations will be set out in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work between you and Cascade Leads Group. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services or related systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization.
• Use the Services to send spam or violate applicable communications, privacy, or marketing laws.

5. SMS & Messaging Terms

Program description. By submitting a form, booking a call, or otherwise providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Cascade Leads Group related to appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, lead qualification, customer support, account or service updates, and other service-related communications.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (for example, confirmations, reminders, and replies to your inquiries).

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-out and help. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at Contact@cascadeleadsgroup.com or (509) 750-0434. Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of other communications (such as email).

Eligibility. SMS communications are intended for users 18 years of age or older.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, including SMS opt-in data. SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Cascade Leads Group.

Carrier message and data rates may apply.

Cascade Leads Group is not responsible for any delays, failures, or interruptions in the delivery of SMS messages caused by mobile carriers, network providers, or technical issues beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

The website, including its text, graphics, logos, layout, and content, is owned by or licensed to Cascade Leads Group and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Limited use of public-facing pages for personal, non-commercial review is permitted.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party platforms (such as scheduling, CRM, analytics, or ad networks). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any specific outcome, lead volume, ranking, or revenue result. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials are illustrative and not guarantees.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cascade Leads Group and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD if no fees were paid.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cascade Leads Group from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
